I entered the competition as it allowed me to integrate and apply various aspects of my Msc Real Estate course to a current, commercial situation. Also, I was attracted to the prospect of complementing my academic learning with the more practical Bayfield Financial Modelling course.

The two runners up were:

Jasper Whitefield, University College London (UCL)
I am currently studying for a degree in Planning and Real Estate at UCL and The Land Collective’s essay competition, in collaboration with Bayfield Training, presented an enjoyable opportunity for me to compose an essay and think about the future of the real estate industry. Over the past months, The Land Collective has published interesting and thought-provoking articles which I highly recommend to anyone interested in pursuing a career in property.
Jasper Whitefield – UCL, 1st Runner Up
Cameron Bell, University of Reading

For me, the competition was a great opportunity to develop my commercial awareness and test my essay writing skills against other exceptional candidates.
