The Land Collective will be launching its first employability programme for secondary schools and students in 2023.
We will be supporting motivated students in Years 11-13 from BAME and low socioeconomic backgrounds, to grant them access to employment and enrichment opportunities across the built environment sector.
Our Programmes
Black Girls in Property (BGIP) will be The Land Collective’s pilot school programme for Black, female students in Year 11 (Aged 15-16).
This programme is a unique opportunity to gain insights into a variety of areas across the property sector in the UK and learn about the opportunities available.
We partner with a range of top employers across the industry to deliver insightful sessions, workshops and immersive trips to showcase the best of property.
