These are things that members of our team have all struggled with. Coupled with our current climate and competition for entry-level jobs, it’s no wonder why so many young people are burnt out and don’t know where to turn.
At The Land Collective, we wanted to build a safe place for young people to gather, share, learn and level up. The built environment sector is still a fairly secret one and that is something that we would like to change. Our community is open to all students from secondary school all the way up to university [including international students], as well as graduates and young professionals up [up to three years of experience].
Our Knowledge Base has been curated with long-term development in mind.
