These are things that members of our team have all struggled with. Coupled with our current climate and competition for entry-level jobs, it’s no wonder why so many young people are burnt out and don’t know where to turn.
At The Land Collective, we wanted to build a safe place for young people to gather, share, learn and level up. The built environment sector is still a fairly secret one and that is something that we would like to change. Our community is open to all students from secondary school all the way up to university [including international students], as well as graduates and young professionals up [up to three years of experience].
Our Knowledge Base has been curated with long-term development in mind.

Complete our application — Click here or the button below to access our application. We ask questions about your current status, diversity and monitoring and your goals. It’s short. We review applications in the order in which they were received.
Be patient — Invites will be issued on a monthly basis. Please be patient with us as we process them. The schedule for invitations is currently the 1st of each month.
Accept your invite — You’ll receive an invite to join us via email. It will contain a special link to sign up for the community. Please fill out the relevant information on your profile in order to get the full experience!
