Through FirstStep, we go beyond the usual channels to connect with promising Year 13 students, offering them the tools, confidence, and guidance they need to see themselves thriving in the real estate sector. Our approach is comprehensive and personal, providing students from diverse, working-class backgrounds the opportunity to truly understand the sector and, more importantly, understand their own potential within it.
