Black Girls in Property

About the Programme
Black Girls in Property is a five-day, in-person employability programme for Black girls in Year 12 and 13 that builds confidence, knowledge, and networks across the property and built environment sector. Sessions include industry insight, skills development, and exposure to real workplaces. Our alumni have gone onto degree apprenticeships at Savills and Montagu Evans as well as further study at University of Reading, UCL and Kingston.

Who Can Apply

  • You have African, Caribbean or mixed African/Caribean heritage;
  • You have not completed the programme before;
  • You are in Year 12 or 13 and living in a London borough;
  • There are no grade or subject requirements to apply.
