ESG Launchpad 2026
About the Programme
The ESG Launchpad introduces university students and graduates to Environmental, Social, and Governance principles within real estate and the wider built environment. Over eight weeks, you’ll learn from professionals across the sector and take part in interactive workshops that connect sustainability, ethics, and business performance. Our programme alumni have gone on to secure graduate roles at AECOM, Cushman & Wakefield, Accenture, Grosvenor, WSP, Iceni Projects and more.
Who Can Apply

Aged 18–25 and based in the UK;

Attended a state school (or a private/public school on a means-tested scholarship);

Meet one or more of the following:

Study at or graduated from a non-Russell Group university;

Identify as a person from a Black heritage or ethnically diverse background;

Identify as a person from a low socioeconomic background;
-
Have a long-standing disability or health condition;
-
Have caring responsibilities.

Black Girls in Property (BGIP) 2026
About the Programme
Black Girls in Property is a five-day, in-person employability programme for Black girls in Year 12 and 13 that builds confidence, knowledge, and networks across the property and built environment sector. Sessions include industry insight, skills development, and exposure to real workplaces. Our alumni have gone onto degree apprenticeships at Savills and Montagu Evans as well as further study at University of Reading, UCL and Kingston.
Who Can Apply
- You have African, Caribbean or mixed African/Caribean heritage;
- You have not completed the programme before;
- You are in Year 12 or 13 and living in a London borough;
- There are no grade or subject requirements to apply.
