The programme
ESG Launchpad is an eight-week programme designed to introduce you to Environmental, Social and Governance thinking within the built environment. It is for people who are curious about ESG but do not yet have direct exposure, language, or confidence to pursue roles in this space.
This programme matters because ESG roles are growing, but access to them is uneven. Many early career roles quietly expect prior knowledge, commercial awareness, or networks that are not openly taught.

Our Alumni
One of the clearest indicators of whether a programme works is what happens after it ends. Programme alumni have gone on to secure internships, graduate roles, and entry-level positions across sustainability, ESG, planning, consulting, and real estate. Some moved quickly, others took longer, refining their direction with more clarity and confidence.
If you are considering applying, or currently on the programme, you are encouraged to speak to them directly.
We have created an Alumni Connections where you can find LinkedIn profiles of past participants who are open to sharing their experiences honestly. It is a chance to ask real questions about what the programme did, what it did not do, and how they navigated the next steps.
