Our Mentoring Programme is designed to give members space to think clearly about their direction, with guidance from professionals who understand the built environment and early career progression within it.
It is open to:

Sixth form/college students
- Those on a gap year

University students
- Graduates

Early career professionals with up to two years of experience in the industry
The programme runs for six months. During that time, mentees are matched with an industry professional and meet once per month for up to one hour, either virtually or in person, depending on availability and location.
How the Programme Works
At the start of the programme, you will be asked to set a small number of clear, personal goals. These might relate to:

Career direction or decision-making

Applications and interview preparation

Confidence in professional environments

Navigating your first role or early progression
These goals help shape your mentoring conversations and allow us to track progress across the six months. Mentors are not there to tell you what to do or to fast-track opportunities. Their role is to offer perspective, challenge assumptions, and share insight that helps you make better-informed decisions.
What We Expect From Mentees

As a mentee, we ask that you:

Why This Programme Matters
