Mentoring only creates impact when it’s consistent and intentional. Tracking helps us understand how relationships are developing, spot where extra support might be needed, and celebrate milestones along the way. It also helps us refine the programme for future cohorts.
Our approach is light-touch. We’re not here to micromanage, we simply want to make sure everyone gets the full value from their mentoring experience.
Monthly Check-Ins #
Once a month, mentors and mentees will receive a short check-in email or form from us. These check-ins take less than five minutes to complete and cover:
-
Whether your meeting took place that month;
-
How you would rate your progress so far;
-
Any challenges or additional support you might need.
This information helps us understand the pace of each pairing and ensures no one falls behind.
Midpoint Review #
At the three-month mark, we’ll send a slightly longer reflection form to both mentors and mentees. This midpoint check allows you to:
-
Revisit your original goals or growth markers;
-
Reflect on what’s working and what could improve;
-
Discuss any shifts in direction with your mentor or mentee.
Our team reviews these reflections to identify where pairs may benefit from a reset conversation or additional guidance.
End-of-Programme Reflection #
At the end of the six months, both mentors and mentees will complete a final reflection. This helps you capture:
-
Key lessons learned.
-
How your confidence, awareness, or professional outlook has changed.
-
What impact the relationship has had on your development.
How we use this information #
Everything you share is treated confidentially and used for programme improvement and reporting only. We may aggregate responses to identify trends, but individual names and details will never be shared publicly without consent.
Your feedback helps us build stronger, more responsive mentoring experiences for future cohorts and ensures that we continue setting the standard for meaningful and inclusive mentoring.
