Responsibilities
- You will assist the development team in ensuring that our applications are bug-free before a new version is rolled out to users.
- Execute on the application a series of standardised tests and verify that it operates as expected.
- Run frequent tests on all devices that are supported by our applications (desktop, mobile iOS, Android ) and report results to the development team in a clear and concise manner.
- Providing constructive input and feedback to help improve our test instructions in a clear and concise manner.
- Reporting to developers for all test performance and QA issues.
- Liaising with the team on current targets, schedules, and workload, to ensure they are met.
- Rejecting any faulty goods/workmanship using the current reject process.
- Maintaining familiarity with each of the company’s products in order to
understand and perform all final engineering and functional tests.
Person Specification
- The position is fully remote, so you are expected to have a good quality Internet connection both for test execution and for voice and video calls with the dev team.
- No particular technical knowledge is required, but you must be a savvy
Internet application user. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extremely methodical and disciplined in your approach to work and you thrive in tasks that require immense focus and attention to detail.

Note: This hands-on training program will be facilitated by a team of dedicated developers who will teach, coach, and provide feedback to the QA Trainee so they can fulfil the requirements of a future Quality Assurance Tester role.
