That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our new work experience partnership with Fusion Group, one of the UK’s leading PBSA developers. Together, we’re offering a group of ambitious young people the chance to gain real-world experience in the PBSA sector this summer.
Through this joint initiative, the young people from our community will get first-hand experience in the industry. Hosted by Fusion Group, they’ll gain valuable insights through real work, real conversations, and real learning opportunities.
Why This Matters
Our Work Experience Programme, delivered in partnership with Fusion Group, is designed to open doors for young people who are interested in real estate but may not have the industry knowledge, connections, or confidence to take the first step. The PBSA sector is a perfect example of an area where early exposure can encourage long-term interest, combining elements of investment, design, sustainability, and urban regeneration.
